Fashion is the third most polluting industry in the world, and one of the largest consumers of water. From growing textile fibers to the transporting of fabrics around the world, making clothes unfortunately fuels this global climate crisis.
Knowledge is power, so as consumers it is important to talk about the resources used by brands, climate change, and the other impacts of fashion. Here are some of my personal favorite brands who are prioritizing sustainability.
